Valley of the Kings - Luxor

We visited the Valley of the Kings today.   A number of tombs of pharoahs dug into the ground.... our price of admission let us visit three of the general tombs and then we purchased admission to a 4th tomb not in the general group. We visited KV8, KV 11, KV14, and KV 9.

Second full day in London. We went to the National Portrait Gallery in the morning. Liked this portrait of Jane Goodall. Stopped for a Sunday roast meal at a pub and then on to the British Museum.  We fly home tomorrow.  Looking forward to my own bed!!

A beautiful mountain town. Most of the buildings are painted blue. Very clean with an unbelieveable amount of ferel cats. Went on a mountain hike through the Rif mountains that was quite strenuous but had a wonderful home cooked lunch at a gite at the end before taking a 4×4 vehicle back to the hotel.
