We are travelling through Africa for 70 days and would like to share our adventures with interested people. Making our way to Cape Town we stay for a few days in Amsterdam. Fish river canyon Namibia

The Fish river must have had water at sometime in it's history to carve this canyon. They say it is the second deepest in the world but that seems to be claimed by many.

Galleries in London

November 10, 2024

Second full day in London. We went to the National Portrait Gallery in the morning. Liked this portrait of Jane Goodall. Stopped for a Sunday roast meal at a pub and then on to the British Museum. We fly home tomorrow. Looking forward to my own bed!!

Victoria Falls

Arrived in Victoria Falls today and stay for two nights before heading to Botswana.

Chefchaouen

A beautiful mountain town. Most of the buildings are painted blue. Very clean with an unbelieveable amount of ferel cats. Went on a mountain hike through the Rif mountains that was quite strenuous but had a wonderful home cooked lunch at a gite at the end before taking a 4×4 vehicle back to the hotel.
