Smelly elephants


We stayed at the Elephant Sands Lodge last night. A dozen elephants that close have a fairly strong poo odor. 

Hippos are from our Chobe river cruise. 

Tomorrow we tent camp in the Okavango Delta, no power, no shower, no toilets, only Sarah the spade for toilet duty as our tour leader calls it.

A beautiful mountain town. Most of the buildings are painted blue. Very clean with an unbelieveable amount of ferel cats. Went on a mountain hike through the Rif mountains that was quite strenuous but had a wonderful home cooked lunch at a gite at the end before taking a 4×4 vehicle back to the hotel.
